i want to be a weatherman. it's the easist job in the world. i don't need to know meterology, i just have to have a good swinging arm, for when i throw the "dart of the day" at the giant "what weather will it be?" map. and then i can relay it to the citizens, and be wrong 90% of the time, but no one will hate me.
i think our weathermen are on crack. aside from the heat temps, every time they've said rain or no rain, it's been the opposite. like for instance, the hurricane: "oh, it won't come here...why, it'll swing east and go to ohio and stay there! no need to worry, bright sunny skies are ahead...." i have a tendency to predict storms and i knew it was coming, even if it wasn't going to be v. big rain, it was coming. and guess what? it did, rained 2 days straight (not v. "good" rain tho...we're in a huge drought). then...the other day "Oh big storms are coming! super severe! omg we're all going to die!" not one single storm came through. and now today, we were supposed to be quiet hot and humid, sunny and 85 with lots of humidity. it's dark, we have severe thunderstorms (not that i actually see any but hear the slightest bit of thunder), and i see no sun whatsoever.

also, i spent 5 hours trying to redo my lj. and then i made an image map! :D it was my first image map ever, and i like it a lot and i'm proud of myself, despite it looking silly on lj cuz the fucking userpic will not go away no matter how many codes i put in there that says GO AWAY NOW GO AWAY YOU STUPID STUPID THING >:[
